Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Two Sweet Sparrows different than other planning companies?

Many companies offer a “boutique planning experience”, but Two Sweet Sparrows is the real deal! When you book me, you always get me. Why does that matter? Every couple deserves the best when it comes to a planner. I am with you every step of the way. I am your point of contact always. I bring with me the experience of planning over 500 events and over a decade of experience in wedding & events.

My venue provides a day-of planner, why do I need another?

Good question! Two Sweet Sparrows is your personal advocate. I take into consideration all aspects that go into you planning experience, not just what happens that day. I have learned that what makes a successful event is planning that start the day you book and not just in the days leading up to the wedding.

How many events do you plan a year?

Let me start by saying I only do one wedding a weekend. You deserve all my attention. Each year varies on how many weddings I will plan based on the couples needed and planning packages booked. On average I do about 20-25 weddings a year.

Is it just you?

When it comes to whom you will work with throughout the planning of your wedding, yes! I do have an assistant that helps me the day-of.

How do I reserve my date with Two Sweet Sparrows?

Once you decide Two Sweet Sparrows is the perfect fit I will place a 7-day hold on your date. I will send you an email with an agreement for your review and signature. A 50% deposit will be due along with your completed agreement to confirm the date.

When are additional payments due?

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
