Hi, I’m Nicole.
Back when I was in college, I was a server in a restaurant where the owner insisted that I –a tall, skinny girl who loved to eat– learn how to cook.
Soon, she had me running rehearsal dinners, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to focus my business degree on catering sales.

Some years later, Biltmore Estate hired me to help grow 10x their weddings. And we did.
But I cared about the couples more than the cash flow. So I founded Two Sweet Sparrows and began accepting limited events personalized to each couple for exactly who they are–and for all types of weddings.

Unlike large teams where communication is like a game of telephone, Two Sweet Sparrows is just me, myself, and I. In other words, you’ll have direct access.
Speaking of direct, you’ll find that I’m a straightforward communicator, and I encourage you to be the same. If there’s something I don’t like or I think there’s a better option, I’ll be sure to say so. And if there’s something you want or don’t like, I hope you’ll do the same.
