Full-service planning, rooted in hospitality.
Start to finish. Every detail considered.
Two Sweet Sparrows specializes in one thing: full-service luxury wedding planning for couples marrying at the Biltmore Estate, the Omni Grove Park Inn, and the finest venues throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina. I'm also expanding into the Highlands and Cashiers area, including Old Edwards Inn, the Farm at Old Edwards, and Lonesome Valley.
I don't offer day-of coordination or partial planning, and that's deliberate. The weddings I'm proud of, the ones where guests are still talking about the weekend months later, are the ones I've shaped from the beginning. Every vendor, every timeline, every logistical detail connects. You can't parachute in at the end and produce that; you have to build it.
So I take a limited number of weddings each year and give each one everything. One wedding per weekend. Fully planned. Fully yours.
With me, you'll receive —
Vision and direction.
We start with what matters most to you: your priorities, your guests, and how you want the weekend to feel. I translate that into a clear plan and act as a steady advocate for it through every decision that follows.
A curated vendor team.
Photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, rentals, transportation. I bring you the right people from relationships built over fifteen years, not a directory. Every recommendation is chosen for talent, reliability, and how they'll treat your guests.
The full wedding weekend.
Welcome events, rehearsal dinners, transportation, hotel blocks, farewell brunches. A destination wedding is a weekend, not an evening, and I plan all of it so it flows as one experience for the people who traveled to be there.
Design and details.
Floorplans, tablescapes, florals, the small touches guests may never notice individually but remember as a whole. This is where a wedding stops feeling like an event and starts feeling like yours.
Logistics and problem-solving.
Weather, timing, vendor hiccups, family dynamics. Whatever comes up is handled quietly and early, usually before you ever hear about it. You'll never be managing a crisis on your wedding day.
Direct access, always.
One inbox, one phone number, one point of contact from booking to the last dance. You will never be handed to an associate or meet your day-of coordinator for the first time at the rehearsal.
A planning year,
in five movements.
Discovery & vision.
We get to know each other and shape the direction: your guests, your priorities, how the weekend should feel.
Venue & vendor team.
I assemble the right creative team for your celebration, every choice aligned to your vision and your guests.
Design, guest experience & hospitality.
The weekend takes shape: welcome events, floorplans, florals, transportation, all planned through the lens of how your guests will experience it.
Final details & logistics.
Every vendor confirmed, every timeline refined. I manage the moving pieces so you can enjoy the season leading up to the day.
Execution.
From rehearsal to farewell, I'm there running all of it. You'll see me when you need me, and not when you don't.
"Nicole did an amazing job planning our wedding at the Biltmore, as well as our welcome reception and farewell brunch. We were not familiar with any vendors from the area and Nicole connected us with amazing vendors all around. When we wanted a custom lighting fixture at the reception, Nicole worked with the Biltmore to make it happen, and it turned out perfect."Tom C. · December 2024 · Biltmore Estate
