Choosing the photos for Maggie & Talmadge’s Asheville wedding was so fun (thank you Phil & Kristen Photography)!! The events started with a “first look” at New Belgium, followed by the wedding ceremony at First Congregations. Topping off the memorable day was the reception, held at On Broadway. Not a single person in attendance could miss the fact that this wedding was focused on great food, family, and fun. But it was the small details (like choosing a doughnut display in lieu of a cake) that made this wedding stand out from so many. The wedding combined two of my favorite things about Asheville: Fall and downtown Asheville. But honestly, the location and event were just the icing on this wedding cake; Maggie and Talmadge are wonderful people who made the planning of their wedding an amazing experience for everyone lucky enough to know them. Their charm, wit and kindness were the real stars of the entire day.
